This is a forum for LGBT leaders. It provides LGBT professionals, executives and accomplished entrepreneurs a chance to connect with one another. This is a member based organization and you have to apply for a membership.

Pride at Work

Pride at Work Canada encourages organizations to support authenticity at a corporate level and create workplaces where LGBT employees will be more able to be themselves and, ultimately, to be more productive. They also have a career site.

Start Proud

Facilitates the professional development of the LGBT students as they transition from school into the workplace. Provides a chance for students to connect to LGBT professionals. They host monthly networking events, a conference in September, and a career fair.


Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS)

CTYS’ Pride and Prejudice Program offers unique programs for lesbian, gay, bisexual, intersex, transgender, transsexual and questioning youth under 25. They offer individual counselling and group counselling along with their BOYOBOY program which is a biweekly, drop-in workshop series for younger gay/bi/queer/trans males.

SOY Toronto

Community Development programmed aimed at improving the lives of LGBTQ youth. They have a number of programs including a mentoring and employment initiatives.

Toronto District School Board

Canada’s only classroom for LGBTI2Q Youth Grades 9–12. The Triangle Program is one of three programs that make up Oasis Alternative Secondary School. This full-time TDSB program offers you the structure, support and a community of gay, lesbian, bisexual, straight and transgender peers to obtain your high school education.
